Hello Anna and Dan,
I am Bobby's Granny, Gini James. He spent the night last night and I
am looking for ways to interest our grandchildren in their heritage and
lineage. He just happened to bring a new book from the school library
about Garfield the Cat, written by Jim Davis. Once while entering
fairmount, I saw a sign boasting the home of Jimmy Dean, and Jim Davis,
author of Garfield the Cat.
Bingo. Here was an interesting way to see if my husband's lineage
connects, so Bobby could feel a part of that community and it's
history.
I thank you for writing, and will pass your response on to Bobby.
Yours is the only response so far.
Gini

HELLO BOBBY;
I too am from Indiana but I am about 45 yrs older than you. I do
not
now any Jim Davis but I do have TOMLINSON's on my family search.
I
spent
several Saturday eve. having supper and then watching the play at
the
Wagon Wheel Playhouse. Do you know if it is still going?
I am interested in your TOMLINSON'S and if interested in mine
let
me know. All I have is one line and would love to find out where
they
came from.
