| Hello Everyone,
| I am trying to find out any information on an Orphanage that my
| grandfather would have stayed in it was called Soldiers & Sailors
Children's
| Orphan. My grandfather and his brothers and sister lived there because
| their mother died after she gave birth to a stillborn baby and their
father
| had served in the Spanish-American War. Does it still exist ? They were
| not ever adopted out they must have stayed there. But would the
orphanage
| have any information that I could uses in my genealogy research ? Do I
just
| contact them if they are still in existence ? Do you think that they
would
| give me any information if they do have any ?
|
| Thanks
| Any Information Would Be Great !!
