Cathy,
Thanks, again! I have not done much on this line for a time, so I'm a
little rusty. Hilary's daughter Martha married Asberry Parsley in 1849.
Their marriage record has Hilary's on it. Their son George Monroe Parsley is
my line. What info I have on the Silvey's I have mostly found on the
genforum. So, I haven't obtained proof. I have them back to Patrick and Anna
Silvey, born in Ireland, but I have no dates on them. Is the story of his
fatal return back from Ireland true? Any info will be much appreciated. I
only had 5 children listed for Hilary and Patience, so I see that you have
much more info than I do. I live in Springfield, Ill., and I'm anxios to get
to IN to 'dig in' to all the records. I found info in Asberry Parsley's
Civil War pensin file that Martha is buried in Fall Creek Cemetery. Isn't
this also the old Silvey Cemetery? The indexes I have seen, don't mention
Martha. Which line are you from? Asberry was remarried at the time of his
death and I have no idea where he is buried. Thanks! I'm anxious to hear
from you! Lisa
