I don't know anything about your Fitchey's. But here is what I did to find my
lost ancestors in Indy.
1) Look up your Karl/Carl in city directories until he disappears. He probably died.
Then you get an estimated year.
2) Go to
http://maps.google.com/. Type in the last address from the city directory.
3) Just after the SEARCH button are 3 small links: Search the Map, Find businesses, Get
Directions. Click FIND BUSINESSES.
4) Type in cemetery in the next search field. It will give you cemeteries within a 6-10
mile radius of that address.
5) Start calling the cemeteries to find out if your Karl is there. You can give them a
vague year from your city directory search.
