Do you have the Civil War Pension? I looked at the site and there are 4 of them from Ohio,
if the wife survived there is lots of information, and all of mine got a death
certificate in them, for the soldier, I got one yesterday, that didn't have the death
certificate, for a line off of my KY soldiers. Even on this one when she moved it told the
address where she lived, and then a address where she had moved to. These papers are
wonderful, they give all the children's name and birth dates, if they had been married
before it mentions them also. There is a man that got me 23 pages and Charged me only
$17.00 dollars to copy them for me, If you need his e-mail contact me. I'm on a fixed
income, so he is getting me more a little at a time, so I don't spend all my money at
once. Seems like a nice Fellow to do this that way.

Samuel Caple b 25 Dec 1837 OH
died 1 July 1914 Miami Co.,Perry twp he owned land and was a farmer
his wife was Lois, son Foster and daughter Effie. He moved to Miami after the
Civil war, where he served in OH
I have just found his grandsons family here in FL They know less than I do.
I would appreciate any information on how to find an obit and death records.
