Hi Pam:
We grew up not far from that neighborhood. In fact, my ggrandmother lived
right around the corner from Pershing on Howard Street.
I checked to see if he was buried in Crown Hill Cemetery but he isn't.
There is an Edgar R. Hill but not Edgar L. Hill. I think the closest
cemetery to that neighborhood was Mount Jackson which was northwest of there
but I don't think they had any burials there after 1930. The one cemetery
just west of Mount Jackson is Floral Park. I just called to see if he was
buried there but they are closed now. You might want to try them in the
morning:

I am looking for
Edgar Lee Hill born 12 Jun 1877.
I know he died in Marion County, I just don't know if it was before 1941.
Is it possible for someone to do a look up for me?
Edgar Lee Hill's Home in 1930: Indianapolis, Marion, Indiana
was 1254 South Pershing Avenue (rented)
Thank you
