This is a men's choir that has been in existence for over 100 years. I think
it began as a German group. My father and a number of his friends joined
this group in the 1950s. They performed in the Athenem in Indianapolis.
Maybe, they traveled, I'm not sure. I remember (age 6 or so) going to the
Athenem for dinner or rehearsals, or something and being so impressed with
how HUGE it was. We children would play in a back area. Probably, to the
chagrin of the adults :>)
