I am still unable to identify my Mae Becker, sister Edith Becker and brother
Arthur Becker of Indianapolis.
Anything you can think of that might help - would be glad to hear from you
I want to know the names of their parents

Obituary:
Maurice G. Lipson
Maurice Gordon Lipson, 89, who helped establish the American Legion national
headquarters in Indianapolis, died Monday in a local nursing home. Mr.
Lipson, who was born in England, lived most of his life in Indianapolis. He
was founder of Newspaper Boys of America, retiring from the organization in
1965. Many years ago, he was an assistant timer at the Indianapolis
500-mile
Race. He was a member of John Holliday American Legion Post 53 and an elder
of St. Peter United Church of Christ at Carmel. Services will be held at 10
a.m. Wednesday in the church. Friends may call from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m.
today in Leppert and Copeland Morutary. Contributions may be made to the
church memorial fund. Survivors include his wife, Mae Lipson.

widow of Morris G. Lipson. Memorial contributions may be made to the

My English cousin who visited in 1954 remembers a brother Arthur and the
obit shows a sister (prob still living around 1980) Edith
So Mae Kathryn, Arthur and Edith.
In Indiana in 1921: (there were 77 BECKERs listed - only 1 Arthur)
Arthur H., chemist, resides at 1709 Arrow Ave.
(In the back they have a listing of address which shows the owner of the
property for each address: for 1709 Arrow Ave. it gave Charles C. Becker,
travelling salesman.)
1947: (only 1 Arthur)

1959: (77 Beckers listed, only 2 Arthurs listed)

I would like to let people know that I have signed up on

to receive 1900, 1910, 1920 and 1930 census CD. So far I am the only
person to have signed up for 1930, 1920 and 1910.
On Monroe County, Indiana list a bunch of sighned up for the Monroe
County, Indiana 1930 census it cost us 20.00 a piece and after skcensus
published the 1930 Census CD and mail us all a copy they put the
information on line for any one to veiw for free. Here is the web

THe CD was easy to veiw. It was easy to read and I could view it at my
