Might be the Teacher's College that later merged with Butler. Try:

I believe my Mother attended this school in the mid-to-late 1920s and I
have been trying to get some info from the folks at Butler ... but without
success. They no longer answer my emails.
Well, I feel a little funny answering my own message, but I received a
response from Butler today.
My first attempt to contact Butler was via the 'info' URL on their website.
This was the attempt that was not satisfactory.
Yesterday I emailed the Director of the Alumni office of Programs ... or
something like that ... and he replied quickly. They will search for my
Mother's records. If they are in the database, I should get a quick
response. If not, then it will require a visit to the archives.
That is all you can ask of anyone.
Butler University is now on my 'good-guy' list.
