LDS libraries have the WPA records on film.
GenLibrary.com has some of the
records online at their websight. Have to subscribe to access.

Subject: [MARION COUNTY, IN] Marriage records 1903
Ancestry.com has provided the location of a marriage record for me by
book
number and page number (Book 35, page 247). Also, I have talked to the
Marion county clerk's office and am told I can get a copy for $2 and a
SASE.
(Pretty good deal)
The Ancestry data also shows that in 1939 the WPA prepared an "Index to
Supplemental Record Marriage Transcript 1882-1906 Volume II," and this
data
was taken from "Book 8, page 6." The clerk indicates that
he would also
send me a copy of this record, except he doesn't know what it is or where
to
find it. The personnel in the basement didn't recognize this
source, and
neither did the microfilm room. Do any list members have an idea what
book
might be involved here? If I knew the book name, the clerks could
probably
locate the record.
Any assistance appreciated.
