Hi
You will waste much time trying to get a death cert.
The authorities will not provide death certs - only to parents spouses and
children.
My uncle and aunt with no children and deceased parents - so I as virtually
the only living relative have been denied a death cert.
However you will find the grave info at
http://www.crownhill.org/genealogy/index.html

Subject: [MARION COUNTY, IN] Look-up-Haug
Hi:
I am trying to help a friend find information about his grand parents
who lived and died in Indianapolis.
Carl or Karl and sometimes Charles Haug
Born in Germany, worked as a shoemarker, died in Indpls. and buried
at
CrownhHll Cem. 12/03/ 1903
Wife-- Anna Margaretha Bauer b. Germany, d. Indpls. buried at
CrownHill Cem. 3/16/1934
Daughter--Clara--buried at CrownHill , 3/23/1961
I have suggested to my friend that he write to the library for obits, Health
dept. for death certificates and check the census
Does anyone have access to city directories that could find him? or
the 1880 or 1900 census?
Thanks for any suggestions.
