Hello Researchers,
Please list your surname in the subject area of the email.
I have had a copy of request by list members that we all list the SURNAMES

Is there anyone in Marion Co., IN that could look up a marriage application
for me?
I have a George Kellar and Gertrude Singer that were married on February 16,
1920.
I believe that this would have been his second marriage and needed some
proof that
he was married before, was hoping the application might indicate this. He
was the son of Oliver Morton Kellar and she the daughter of Joseph
Singer.
Thanks for any help.

all born in IN. His occupation is shown as Dentist.
He also had a son Marcus Graff Jr. born Oct. 1855 in NY with his father born
in IN and his mother Kate O. born in NY.
The 1910 census shows Marcus (b 10-1855) living in Kings Co. Borough of

however shows he was born in IN but his dad in MD and his mother in CT which

I'm new to this list and I will start with this one, and I should have put the dates in when I first wrote this, sorry.
I traced Marcus Young Graff, born 1794, and his wife Maria, born 1800, from Maryland where they married and had 2 children, son, Marcus Young, born 1828, and daughter Eleanor D. Graff, born 1820. In Tiffin, Ohio they had 3 more children, Sabastiana born 1832, John P.C. born 1836,and Eli D. Graff born 1839. When the children were older I think they went to Marion or possible Wayne County, Indiana. I found John using the name Paul Graff in the 1870 census for Wayne County. He was 34 married, wife named Laura, age 28 and 2 children, Marcus, age 3 and Mariah, age 10. Any information on these or any other Graff's is appreciated. Thank you.

Wayne Co., IN is adjacent to the Ohio State line in Eastern IN. Richmond, IN
is the county seat.
A lot of Quakers settled this area.
Marion, IN is in Central NE Indiana ,halfway between Indianapolis and Ft.
Wayne,IN.
Ft. Wayne is in Allen Co.,also near the OHIO line (maybe 20 miles) in far NE
Indiana.
Marion Co. IN is in the center of the state and Indianapolis is located
there.
Hope that helps.

My internet is down so I'll look later. But this cemetery is just 15
minutes away from my house, twice I've visited and they told me personally
that Bryant was not there. Charley is.

Hi to all,
I have a request. My grgrandfather was buried in German Catholic cemetery,
Marion Co. Is there any records available for that cemetery? If so how can I
get them. I am thinking probably my grgrandmother would be there also. Names
are Benjamin and Sarah Dumser. Benjamin (birth name Bernard) died 5-13-1905.
Don't know date of death for Sarah, sometime between 1880-1900. If no
records, then is there someone who could go there and copy info from grave
marker?
Thanks! Jeanine - Charlotte, NC

Hi Listers,
I'm new to this list and I will start with this one. I traced Marcus Young Graff and his wife Maria from Maryland where they married and had 2 children, son, Marcus Young and daughter Eleanor D. Graff. In Tiffin, Ohio they had 3 more children, Sabastiana, John P.C.,and Eli D. Graff. When the children were older I think they went to Marion or possible Wayne County, Indiana. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think Indianapolis is in Marion County and Marion is close to Wayne. I live in Florida, I came from New York and I don't know anything about Indiana but I'm willing to learn. Any information on any of these people is appreciated.
