Jan, Hi. I live in Indpls, In. Do you have any dates on when this ancester
was born or when he died. Any clue as to what county he was buried or lived
in? From what I'm told there are about 400 graveyards in Marion County.
Steve
Bonnie - Thank you for offering to help. I live in Dallas, Texas.
Someone else walked the cemetery for me and this is what they sent. I am
still missing a few names. If what you have came from records from the past
(when there were more graves) you might have something they did not find. A
comparison to your names would be greatly appreciated. I also appreciate
the info that it was a one time called Herrin/Herron cemetery. Mahala
White remarried Isaac Herron on Oct. 7, 1857 after John died. I bet "Mahala
Herron" is buried there along with Isaac. Again, many thanks.

I cannot locate a deathdate or obituary for Benjamin Franklin Brumley, born 12-5-1890, who died about 1956, in Marion Co. It is my husband's grandfather, and I still don't know where he is buried. Can anyone help?
Bonnie:
I'm looking for Carl Fitchey or Karl Fitchie. I do not know when he
died nor where he is buried. I have been checking each cemetery in and around
Indianapolis hoping to find him.
Thanks for any help you can give.

I am a new subscriber and wonder if some kind soul could tell me what
Enumeration District the corner of East 51st and Park Avenue would be
in. I can't find anything north of 38th Street in the descriptions of
the ED's. Thanks so much in advance!

I am searching for marriage information between a Lloyd Hedge and a Edith
Blanche. I do not know anything about them other than that they had at least
4 children. One of their children was born in 1929. This marriage should
have taken place in Marion County, at least I hope it did.
Thanks!
Kimberly
Does anyone have information on Ivan Adams, born 11/1887 in Indiana? He is living in Marion Co, Wayne Township according to the 1910 IN Census. He is a farm laborer living with Oscar R. Hillinger.
Thanks,
Chris
Hello, I am searching for any information about the following family.
Lloyd Hedge married Edith Blanche. (Don't know when either of them was born
or when they died, and don't know when they married.)
Lloyd and Edith had at least 4 children, Maxine Hedge, born 04/10/1929,
Donald Hedge, who is probably older than Maxine, Henrietta Hedge and Mariann
Hedge.
Maxine died in 1992. She married a William J Hendricks and had at least 4
children.
This is all I know about this family. I would like to learn more. If anyone
has any information they can share, I would be very grateful.
Sincerely, Kimberly
Hi. Is there someone out there who would do a marriage look up for me,
please. It is on my cousin, Dana Alcina VanCleave. Trouble is, I don't have
a clue as to what the name is of the man she married. I believe she got
married sometime between 1954 and 1960. I know that is a several year span
but that is as close as I can narrow it down.
She died not too long after they were married, just several years. I do not
have the date of her death, but, if I can get her husband's name I will have
something to use to get a copy of her death certificate, hopefully. She died
in childbirth. She was a diabetic from childhood, she had a very unhappy
childhood and wanted children very much and died trying to do so.
I would appreciate any help anyone can give me. You may email me privately
at ATEA(a)aol.com. Thank you very much. Ava Abner
Could someone look-see if there is a marriage listing for a Serena Hood
anytime after 1892?

As human beings we are held together only by the strength of our word.
Nan, Hi. His birth name was Jeffery Lawrence Doyle. Our family was
Lutheran. I believe we use to go St. John's on Southeastern. I have tried
to contact their caretaker and recorder but they never return my calls. The
Ladies Society has a spokes person who handles all incoming inquiries. There
is a cemetery close by at the Marion County Fair Grounds but I could not find
a headstone. My sister said she thought it was a marker that said "Infant".
At one time we had the dates as born 6-3-1958 d. 9-6-1960. My little sister
got that from a family Bible but no one really ever seen it. My parents
divorced when I was about 5 so I dont remember much. Would appriciate any
help you might be able to offer. Thanks in advance. If you ever need any
leg work done I'm your man. Steve.
Nan, Don't mean to bother you but could you e-mail me when you hit 1958
Death Records, I have a brother who passed at 18 months and can't find him
anywhere, and no one left alive in our family can recall where he is buried.
Thanks. Steve I. Doyle Sr
Hi Steve:
Why don't you send me his name and, if you know it, what township they lived
in at the time. Were they Catholic?
