Would someone please do a lookup for Charles P. O'Neal
and wife Rachel in the 1840 census of Marion County or
Morgan County? How many are in the household? Thank
you in advance.

I'm researching Charles MEREDITH, who was born 2 March 1895 (probably in Shelby County) and died around 1 September 1976 in Marion County. His grandmother is my great-great-grandmother.
I attempted to get a copy of Charles's death certificate from the Indiana State Department of Health but was refused. The refusal note said "cousins can not be issued death records unless the record is 75 years old or older." Here's where I could use some advice.
1.. Is there another source for the death certificate, such as a department in Marion County, where he died? If so, would I be allowed to get the certificate or does the "75-year" rule still apply?
2.. Charles is buried in Crown Hill Cemetery. Is it likely that records I could order from Crown Hill would include information to confirm the names of Charles's parents?
If anyone else is researching Charles MEREDITH I'd be happy to share information.
Thanks for any suggestions.

I am researching Charles P. O'Neal and Rachel
Dollarhide of Marion County. Editha O'Neal, daughter
of Charles and Rachel, is my great great grandmother.
Did Charles and Rachel O'Neal have other children?
Charles P. O'Neal, born 1806, died after 1850
Rachel Dollarhide, born abt 1806, died after 1850
Editha O'Neal, born 20 Oct 1829
The parents of Charles P. O'Neal is Thomas O'Neal and
Rachel Reagan. When and where did Charles O'Neal and
Rachel Dollarhide die? All help will be appreciated.

I am interested in the following people that lived in Indianapolis/Centre
Twp. about 1830 and hope someone reading this will be able to help:
Henry Cox died in Indianapolis, Marion County, IN around 1829. His widow,
Elizabeth, died between 7 May 1830 and 17 Jul 1831. They left children:
Margaret b bef 1817
Martha b abt 1822
John b abt 1823
Elizabeth b abt 1825
Henrietta b abt 1827
John CLOW filed for guardianship of the children in 1831, but it was awarded
to George TAFFE and James McFARLAND instead.
If you have any information that would help me in my research, I would love
to hear from you. I will, of course, be very willing to share any of my
research. Thanks!

BOLLINGER Mary d. before 1880, m. John Byroad JR who was b. 1803 in PA, They had 8/9 sons, no daughters, all b. in Darke County, Ohio. They moved to Lebanon, Boone County, Indiana where they signed a land deed in 1877. She and John are in the 1870 Illinois census, but she is not on the 1880 Indiana census and John is listed as a widower.
Who are her parents and siblings and what happened to her, where is she burried and where did she die? Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana, or Lebanon, Boone County, Indiana? I am desperately wanting to find her. She is my GGGGrandmother. Is she in fact the Mary Byroad who is burried in the old Cedar Hill Cemetery in Lebanon, Boone County, Indiana? My gut tells me she is. The Mary Byroad burried there was burried around the time of the last burrials in that now closed cemetery, my GGGGrandmother died around that time frame. There are still over 500 people still burried there. All but one are now their descendant's brick walls.
Can anyone help me find my GGGGrandmother Mary Bollinger Byroad? I will be forever grateful.
Always
Mary

I've checked, no virus here. Perhaps some other sender is using my name and/or e-mail address (I've seen that happen
several times). You need to check the properties of the e-mail to see where it originated. I've got a virus protector
on my hard drive (which I update daily at McAfee online) =and= in my e-mail, and I just ran another scan to make sure.

Hello, I am looking for information on the Inman Family, One of the men ran the Clipper supper Club on the south side of Indianapois. He was married to my grandmother for a while. She also helped in the club. Does this sound familiar to anyone? I am looking for his name and lineage, also marriage and divorce dates if possible?
