There is information that explains that the Happy99 is not a Virus, but still
can be troublesome. It tells how to deal with it. Any time you get a Virus

The attachment is named Happy99.exe
Do NOT open the attachment to read. The sender is usually named Sluggo
from
surfsouth.com. The apparent objective was to try to hide behind
files and steal passwords and sent to somewhere else.
I tell you it is REAL one! Because I had been warned about him by other
listowners who had the misfortune of opening the attachment.
