To the best of my knowledge no copies that those records are in Kosciusko
County. The only help I can give is a bit of info that is in a reference.
p. 25, GUIDE TO GENEALOGICAL RESEARCH IN THE NATIONAL ARCHIVES, 1982,
"Those who were blind, deaf-mute, idiotic, insane, or permanently disabled
were recorded in the population schedules, with further information about
their condition on supplemental schedules of dependent classes, which are
extant for some states among the nonpopulation schedules"
..................then using the words "nonpopulation schedules" the
following is on page 31 under the section "Special Schedules and Problems by
State"
p. 31 INDIANA: nothing is given -- apparently Indiana's were not kept.
(under Iowa, for example it says 1850-1880: ...Archives Branch, FARC Kansas
City has nonpopulation schedules on microfilm.
Actually, in quickly looking, I can't find any other state except Iowa that
mentions "nonpopulation schedules" being available.
