Some months ago, I asked for names of Kosciusko men who were Railroad Postal
Clerks. I got a couple of responses to that message and did some followup.
Recently I found that George Nye (local historian of many years ago) had
compiled a list of over 30 Railroad Postal Clerks from this area. I have
managed to document over half of that list, as well as a couple that he
didn't list.
The following men are listed: and I wonder if any of them are familar to any
of you. What I am particularly interested in -- the date of death, and/or
date of newspaper obit. I would like to complete this file by having an
obit for each one of these fellows.
Lloyd ANTONIDES
Richard BONNELL
Robert D. BROWN
Howard FINLEY
Melvin GROSS
E. E. HEETER
L. M. HELWEIG
Roy KREAMER
Frank LEAS
Domer MURPHY
Charlie STEVENS
Earl SULCER.
As best I can tell, there were never any FEMALE Railroad Postal Clerks -- at
least from this county.
If you can help, please respond of-list privately to me with dates, or other
pertinent info.
THANKS in advance,
Marge P.
