Marriage applications did not start for our county until around 1890. The
marriage application books are in the Kosciusko County Historical Society
Genealogy Section Library.

Subject: [INKOSCIU] marriage license and applications
Recently I ordered copies of 2 marriage licenses and marriage
applications.
I sent a check for 2.00 for each license and 1.00 for each application.
I
received copies of the marriage license for each couple and also had my
checks returned with a note stating there was no cost for the copies. No
mention of why no applications were included. The applications were
interesting to me as they should have given me the parents of the bride
and
groom.
Does anyone know if the clerk's office has stopped looking up the marriage
applications? Is there another source for the applications? The
marriages
were in 1850 and 1858.
