My surnames I have been researching are:
Daniel/Daniels
Samuel Daniel married Amanda Fessler(Tessler?) in 1841 and they are listed
in the early marriages for Indiana. Samuel was born in Ohio in 1812,
married Elizabeth there, had a son named George and daugher named Rebecca.
Elizabeth died in Kosc. County in 1840. After the marriage to Amanda
Samuel had many more children: John M., Mary Orilla, Sarah Jane, Leah,
Soloman, Samuel, Cynthia, William. Also one census record has a Clara Ann
living with them (haven't verified if this was a daughter or granddaughter
as of yet). William died young and is buried in Kosc. County.
Other names that now connect from marriages to this family are:
Beigh, Rowland, Zink, Ball, Shobe, Lucas, Collins, Whitsell
My branch is through Samuel R. and Emmaline Collins marriage. Samuel was
my husband's gg grandfather.
This family moved to Nebraska in the 1870's and 1880's. Later many of
them moved on to Montana.
