I would try first to get a copy that death notice. It may tell where he
died.
There is also a "cutoff date" in IN, where all death certificates after that
time are held at the state level. Can't recall offhand what year that is.

I have this info:
Joseph C Unruh died, death notice in 23 Mar 1905 Milford, Kosciusko Co,
newspaper.
If this is not on the WPA death index from the Kosciusko Co rootsweb page,
does this mean I should not bother sending to the health department for a
death certificate?
Any suggestions will be appreciated, I am new to Kosciusko Co resources.
