Where have you looked? Have you tried familysearch, the genweb sites or
just contacting the various vital records offices, the Social Security
death indexes (which can be found on Family Search)??? There's a lot of
good info on the SS5-A, application for social security card, if you
find the person in the SSDI and send for a copy of the application.
