Hello Knox County researchers,
Is there anyone located in Knox County who would be willing to take a picture of a
headstone in the cemetery at St. Peter Lutheran Church (7000 S. Decker Rd.)?
I am looking for the headstone(s) for William and Mary PAHMEIER (may not be spelled that
way). I would also very much appreciate pictures of any nearby SCHULZ headstones, as
these may be relatives of Mary.
Thanks,
Ryan Taber
Ryan,
I'm living in Georgia now but I grew up in Knox County and attended St Peter
Lutheran Church until I left the area in 1977. My parents still live less
than a mile from the church. If you're not in any big hurry, I'm sure they
would be happy to take some snapshots and pass them along. I am familiar
with most of the families that attend St Peter Lutheran. If you can let me
know your relationship to the Pahmeier's & Shulz's and what info you're
trying to obtain, I can probably help. By the way, I remember a few
Pahmeier families but Shulz doesn't ring a bell.
Best regards,
Scott Bosecker
