The Plain Dealer does keep their 100 Years Ago columns archived online back to 2005, you
just have to dig around and look for it a bit. I get there by going through the search
box.

Change the start search date to Jan 1, 2005 to be sure to get all the archived articles.
You can then search by name.
If there are a lot of results that aren't in the 100 years, you can set the filter to
only search in "Columns". It's also a good practice to pick 100 results,
because if there are more than 20, you won't know it, the search just stops.
By the way, I did a Gallamore search for you and only came up with one hit in the 100
Years Columns, a mention of Dellie Gallamore being on the sick list:

Hi,
Does anyone have the June 3, 2008 "100 Years Ago" columns? I am looking for an
obituary for Sarah (Pool) Gallamore. She died 28 May 1908 but for some reason I
didn't keep the column for that time.
Thank you,
Linda
