Ginny,
I don't have any additional information to give to you, but...
My great great grandmother is Anna Rutledge. She was born in (perhaps)
Kentucky say 1823. She married John Boyd on 30 January 1840 in Jefferson
County, Indiana. I know nothing more of her prior to the wedding. (She died
on 26 July 1895 and I have considerable data subsequent to the marriage.)
I would be very interested in anything that you have on this William
Rutledge of yours.
Ron

Subject: [INJENNIN] Eastman/Trendle/Rutledge
Some time ago I wrote and got the information that a William Rutledge m in
Jennings Co. Deantha Trendle on10 Dec 1836. Could this young lady be the
same
one who as Diantha Eastman m a Trendle earlier? If so it would explain why
two
of the last three of Wm. Rutledges children are found in Eastman homes in
1860. (not in IN). Could someone please check the record and tell me if
the
name Diantha might have been miss read as Deantha. This is a twenty year
puzzle
that just might be finding a light at the end of the tunnel. Two Eastman
brothers E. D. and Buell lived in Jennings and Jefferson in this time frame.
Thanks for any help anyone can give. Ginny in Wyoming
