Dear Dennis and Lisa Stein,
I am working on the Lux family and have the parents to your Katherine Lux.
Her parents I believe are Nicholas Lux and Margaret Lux. They are buried
in Saint Ambrose Cemetery, which is close to the 160 acre farm Nicholas Lux
and Margaret Lux owned. The children I have for this set of parents are,
Adam, Kate, Katherine, Julia. There may be more children that I don't have
yet. Katherine married Joe Stein, who was a railroader. I believe Nicholas
Lux died Nov. 6,1902 leaving the 160 acre farm to Margaret. Nicholas and
Margaret Lux are my Great Great grandparents.
I hope this information helps you to go farther back.
