Sheila,
As a List/Board Admin myself, I can tell you who to check with first. . .
The List Admin. I have written to him/her a short while ago to see if
he/she may have board posts blocked for some reason, but not enough time for
a reply yet.
As for the County GenWeb site, I was about to check there so I hope to do
that soon. Up until recently, my last location for my John Bradford was as
a widower living with his adult kids in Franklin County, but I've since
confirmed him with a new wife and living in Jennings County, and thus I am
now beginning to check here.
I've been searching for his parents for more than fifteen years now, so this
has really been a frustrating excursion. I don't want to believe it, but I
am just about to the point where I am starting to think he stepped off of a
space ship with no siblings or parents in Tennessee and 1798, but. . . .
Well, let's not go there on the list, but that is the only explanation that
fits the sparse that I have. :~( I would be very grateful for anything you
or anyone can turn up, so matter how small a fragment of information. Every
little bit helps.
Thank you for your prompt reply.

David, I am the new County Coordinator for the Jennings County, INGenWeb
site and am sorry to hear that your post did not make it to the list. I am
hoping this is not a situation for everyone but you are correct because I am
on the list and have not been getting messages that are being posted to the
Queries section. I will check and see what I can do to get this corrected
but since I am new at this it may take a while to figure out who to get in
touch with.
As to your Request, I will see what I can find in the records I have on
Jennings County and am attempting to add a search engine to the site so it
is easier to find some of the things already there.
