MADISON, IND., CRIMES AND CASUALTIES

Madison, Ind., June 25. Last evening William Vaughn struck William Rodgers
with a stone in the temple and killed him instantly. The cause was whisky.
Vaughn was arrested.
Lewis Weber, a son of the extensive brewer, Peter Weber, was drowned in the
river last night.
