You're right, I just get so wound up about this stuff. I now have an
expense report to give to Deena too, just like Mary. I found the obit that
someone had written and asked about, so will be sending that off. He paid
the TT $5 for research so I feel I should be reimbursed for the copies I
made of it, and the adjoining copies for his brother too.
I am forwarding what Elaine has sent to me. Thought you might be
interested.
See you tomorrow.

Tracy, I took mins of the last general meeting, but not board mtng as
we all expected Jeff to come. Frank conducted & since we had missed the
other mmtngs because we were "Outside" a lot of what was discussed at
the board Mtng was bringing us up to speed.
Looking back over the notes Frank made @ the BD MTNG (& he probably
didn't write everything down..only what he was to bring uup at General
Mtng) We discussed changing the meeting times & in the general mtng it
was decided to make them the last Thurs of each month. General mtng at
6:30 pm. A new time for bd mtng not discussed so assume it will be at
5:00 pm.
Deena wanted to use First Nationnal Bank as it is her bank & would
facilitate her making deposits, etc. In Gen mtng, it was voted touse
First National Bank & that any 2 board Members could sign a check to
make it valid. Deena got signatures of Board Members who were present
on a card for the bank.
It was also discussed at Board mtng to haave the pedigrees pput on
uniform pedigree chart & elaine was directed to have this ready to pass
out at the next meeting. It was suggested they be put in a notebook
rather than a file.
Dues of $24.00 a year plus $1.00 donation for each meeting. The $1.00
would be dedicated to buyin books, CDs etc.
Now there is this "cemetery committee" that I found

it,

Mary Bickel suggested a survey of the cemeteries since 1983 be done &
add the names of those buried since 1983. Volunteering for the
committee was Mary as Chairman; Ruby stogsdill, Marti Murray & Deena
Mault to be on the committee & plan the mechanics of it. Gladys Nichols
volunteered to do Cooper Landing area.

I will call Jeff & tell her I have the minutes & will give them to her
at the board mtng.

This sounds like a good idea.
Remember the wooden grave marker in the police witness room? Someone
said the NARA in Anchorage has cannery records, etc & that might be a
good place to look for more info.>
I dond't thinnk any of us are secure in our jobs & what they entail; so
might need to discuss this at the board meeting. I was reading over
whhat was handed out at the organizational meeting & I will bring that
to the board Meeting.
