I was surprised to hear of this cemetery. I too have a few relatives in this
place. It was sort of on the side of a big hill with a creek running at the
bottom of the hill. I was very beautiful with a small flag pole in the
middle, and a American flag flying in the breeze. We had a great time
finding the location of the cemetery which was right on the border between
Jennings and Jefferson county. If you have any connections to my line please
contact me.

This sounds like the correct location of Bear Creek cemetery. I
have quite a few relatives buried there and have gone there
several times. If I remember correctly ( it's been a long time)
my grandmother told me that there was a certain spot where one
could stand where 3 or 4 counties come together.
