Hi Kenneth;
Was West Grove a town in 1850 or was it a township? Someone sent me
the listing of James Sawyer from the 1850 Census. I understood he was
listed as a Doctor. What township would this area be in 1860 - 1870?

On the Jay Co. map West Grove Cemetery is 1 1/2 miles east of Balbec on road
650 N. Balbec is north of Pennville on State Rd 1. I will try to round up a
little more info on it & let you know. We will be there this weekend setting
up a cemetery sign. Kenny Bosworth ; Treas. Jay Co. Genealogy.
