This is a hoax. Do NOT delete the file. You will have this file
because
it is a windows file which is suppose to be there.
In reality, JDBGMGR.EXE is a standard Windows component. According to
anti-virus
company F-Secure, it is uses as a Java debugger manager in a
Microsoft Java runtime engine.

Karen
Hi, Everyone !
This is real. I found the virus on Ron's and my computer. Please call
or
email me if you need more help than the written instructions. I am very
Sorry!!!
Hope is well with everyone!!!!
Love, Karen : )
I believe this is a required Window's system folder, I have checked
several
computers and found the file on all of them, one of which isn't
connected to the internet greatly reducing the possibility of getting one on
it. I think this virus works by you manually deleting the required file.

To everyone on my address book. I just received this alert and found
the
virus in my computer. Please eradicate it in yours.
The virs (called jdbgmgr.exe) is not detected by Norton or McAfee
anti-virus systems. The virus sits quietly for 14 days before damaging
the
system.
It's sent automatically by the messenger and by the address
book,
whether or not
you sent emails to your contacts. I have checked, found it, and
deleted it.
Here's how to check for the virus and how to get rid of it:
Do this:
1. Go to start, Find or Search option.
2. In the files/folder option, write the name jdbgmgr.exe
3. Be sure you search you C: drive
4. Click "find now"
5. The virus has a teddy bear icon with the name jdbgmgr.exe
DO NOT OPEN IT
6. Right click and delete it. It will then go to the Recycle Bin
7. Go to the Recycle Bin and delete it there as well
IF YOU FIND THE VIRUS, YOU MUST CONTACT ALL THE PEOPLE IN YOUR ADDRESS
BOOK SO
THEY CAN ERADICATE IT IN THEIR OWN ADDRESS BOOKS. SORRY ABOUT THIS.
