There is a sectional township map for Washington county available at this
URL:
http://www.countyhistory.com/washington/start.html
I thought you meant they were in Jackson township Washington county---My
information is that section is mostly Jefferson township, rather than Jackson
(which is at the southern end of the county).
If I read you wrong, Jackson county is also found here:
http://www.countyhistory.com/jackson/start.html
You can easily compare the images there to modern maps and get a good idea of
where the land is--or try the plat maps at a local library or the courthouse.

Hello list,
Was wondering if anyone can provide precise locations using these identifying
locations from early 1800's land patents?
a.. NENE 25/ 4-N 3-E No 2nd PM IN Washington
b.. 1NW 22/ 4-N 3-E Yes 2nd PM IN Jackson, Washington
c.. N?NE 21/ 4-N 3-E No 2nd PM IN Jackson, Washington
I suspect all will be close to each other.
