I have sent messages to Jackson County but no responses.
Here is a posting I made a while back, could someone please help me with this?
I have found the remembrance card for;
Daisy May Weddell
born July 29, 1890
died Dec. 18, 1910 age 20 years, 4 months, 20 days
I have info on a Daisy Weddle or Weddell and that was a married name. "MY" Daisy
May Weddell was never married, she died young, about 20 yrs old so she would be buried as
Daisy Weddell, she may be buried near her parents, Benjamin Weddle (on some records)
Weddell on other records and her mother, Mary Ann Utterback Weddell.
I have a photograph of Daisy's grave with the funeral flowers on it also.
I would like an obit if available or article and the cemetery name. Were there obits on
Carr Twp. deaths in 1910?
I do not know th name or location of the cemetery.
The olny clue I have about a location is the parents have lived a long time in Carr Twp.
they were on the 1900 census in Carr Twp. in Jackson County.
In 1900 Daisy's parents, Benjamin K. Weddle/Weddell and Mary Ann Utterback lived in
Carr Twp. with their 3 children, Claude, Daisy and Harry.
In 1870 the family was in Owen Twp.
In 1850, the father of Daisy, Benjamin K.Weddle was 2 years old and lived in Brownstown
Twp. with his parents Hiram L. Weddle and Martha Harmon Weddle.
Any info I would love to have!
Thanks,
Theresa Weddell
