Hi Tracey,
I have forwarded your note to a Mr. Lynn Hinnefeld . Lynn is a member of the
Jackson County Genealogy Society in Brownstown and has worked to organize a
clean-up of the Findley Cemtery off of Rt. 50, Jackson County.. I also sent
copies to a George Findley, a resident of Greenwood and distant relative of
mine. He spends much volunteer time maintaining the old family cemeteries in
Jackson County . Also ,I sent a copy to Naomi Findley-Russell,of Seymour and
another distant cousin in the Findley line. I live in Maryland but through
research of my father's family have found the Findley Cemetery and seen it
at it's worst. I had been in contact with Lois Mauk, State of Indiana
Cemetery Conservation, and then was able to finally locate these contacts of
the county and family. Keep in contact with your findings. and Thank you
for your time, energy and ambition. Sincerely Elizabeth Findley Fabritius
