Mrs. Viona Schoch Dies at Huntington

Former Jefferson Township Woman Dies: Burial at Ossian Tuesday

Mrs. Viona Ehret Schoch 69, a former resident of Wells County, died at the home of a
daughter at Huntington after an illness of one year. She had been bedfast three weeks.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Lawrence Horn and Mrs. Howard Schultz of Huntington
and Mrs. Charles Denzel of Indianapolis; a son Earl of Huntington; two brothers, J.E.
Ehret of Ossian and George Ehret of Burdette, Kan; four sisters Mrs. Rachel Snyder and
Mrs. Lydia Potte both of Ossian, Mrs. David Double of Muncie an Mrs. Casper Hoover of
Bazine, Kan., and seven grandchildren.
Mrs. Schoch was a member of the Methodist Church. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m.
(CDT) Tuesday at the Bailey Chapel in Huntington. Rev. D. Ervin Sheet officiating. Burial
will be in Ossian.
