First, my apologies to those getting this email more than once.
The GenFest site now has a sign-up page available. Please let us know if you have
intentions of being here for GenFest. This sign-up is not a promise written in blood -
just a way to plan events. Some amenities we're working on will depend on how many
people we're expecting. SO, please sign up even if you're local.

Beech Grove Cemetery has all their information on computer - not on line - but is planning
to set up some tables and making all their old registries available. I'm truly
grateful for this generous offering.
Also, we're beginning to confirm and add those who will be here with their genealogy
wares, reference materials, organizational information (such as DAR, GAR and so on), maps,
demonstrations...the list goes on.

The Muncie Visitor's Bureau is helping with hotel/motel and restaurant information and
discounts. We're even locating area campgrounds. Be sure to click on their link.
They'll also be adding things as plans advance.
Now then, if you are planning on being a presenter and having a table with resources
and/or wares, please contact me and let me know what you have planned. We need to let you
know what the perameters are and get you added to the GenFest site so people know
you'll be here.
