Corydon, Indiana
Elder W. H. H. Strouse of the Christian Church, having been expelled for bad
conduct toward four of the female members of his church, was given a new
hearing that is now in progress. There are four separate charges against him
preferred by as many ladies, and if these charges, or even any one of them,
are sustained, Strouse's explusion from the church is certain, and he will
be criminally prosecuted, it is said, beside. The charges are of too
indecent a character for publication. Strouse denies them as a whole and in
detail.
