Usually, a death record found for around this date (1893) will often have parents' and
spouse's name if the informant knows that information. If you order a certified copy
(certificate), you should ask for all information from the record to be included. If there
is an option available for a photocopy of the actual record (from the original record
book), it'll include all the information that was recorded. My local county health
department offers the photocopies (called a genealogy copy) for $1/page which is what I
usually get because it contains all the information.
