Has Anyone found ANY Walden's in any of the cemeteries in Harrison County? I know
that there are some that died there around 1837-47, but when my sister, mother and I made
a trip back there, we had no
luck finding any tombstones for any of them. Probably they have long since fallen and
broken away, as most of the stones were dated later than that. But if anyone has come
across any, I'd love to know
where. We didn't have any luck finding any at the library there in Corydon either.
We found many names that we know were connected to the Walden's by marriage in
the(can't remember the proper name at
the moment, something like ___?__Smith Campground Cemetery), but still didn't see any
of the Walden's, or any that we could place as would be a female Walden married into
those families, when we were
there. If anyone has any knowlege of anywhere in Harrison Co. where they have seen any
Walden's buried, I'd appreciate knowing where. Thank You. Leola
