I have an Andrew J. Canaday (b: 1822 in E. Tenn) who
married my Nancy J. Ingram abt. 1845. Nancy born
1821. Andrew came to Edgar Co., Il. when he was 12
yrs. old.
I do not have parents for this Andrew Canaday.
Nancy and Andrew lived in Edgar Co., Il. around her
family. They are in the 1870 Fed. Census. He died in
Polk co., Mo. 5/5/1897.
Are we in the same family of Canaday?

Looking for information on Malinda Cannaday born
Harrison county about 1812. Her parents were
William and Rebacca (Watson) Cannaday. They were
married in Nelson county KY in Jan 1791. Not sure
when they left KY and came to IN. Her parents,
Henry and Sarah Watson came north also as they died
there, Henry in 1816 and Sarah in 1819.
Information on any of these folks would be
appreciated. Thanks in advance,
Rick
