I am looking for more information on:
Martha Welch who was born in Crawfordsville, Montgomery County, Indiana and married a Mr.
Snyder.
I have a lot on her immediate family.
Her parents were:
Henry B. Welch who married Julia Gunn or Greene.
her siblings were:
Florence M. Welch (my main interest)
Walter, Frank and Edward
Her mother's obit:

Julia A. Greene was born May 12th, 1832 and died Feb. 1oth, 1902 aged sixty-nine years,
eight months, and twenty-eight days. She was married to Henry B. Welch, who departed this
life Feb. 22nd, 1885. This union was blessed with five children: three sons and two
daughters, all of whom are left to mourn the loss of a kind and loving mother, as follows:
Walter Welch, of Springfield, Illinois, Frank and Edward, Mrs. Martha Snyder of Crandell,
and Mrs. Joel West. She had been sick a long time, having been confined to her bed for
nine months. She was a patient sufferer always having a cheerful word for everyone. She
was a good Christian woman and to know her was to love her. She expressed her willingness
to die, saying she was ready to go. The funeral services were conducted by Rev. Oliphant
at the Baptist Church on Wednesday at one o'clock after which the remains were laid to
rest in Oak Hill Cemetery.
Sleep on dear mother, we know by they face,
That thou are now resting in a happier place,
And while we grieve to lose thee and our hearts are full of pain,
We know full well that our loss is the thy eternal gain.
Yet again we hope to meet thee when our toils her are o'er,
And hear thy voice in greeting on the happy golden shore,
Until then, farewell dear mother, for thine is a blessed sleep,
Thou never more will suffer, nor ever wake to weep.
Any help with this family is appreciated, Linda
