Greetings!
I am not familiar with this DNA program I guess, but being Hoosier born
with ancestors who entered IN Terr., in 1806 and now rest in Eastes/Harvey
Cem, near Mt Comfort, I am curious.
At one time I was co-administrator for the ESTES/EASTES Surname DNA
Project but had to resign due to old age :) (87). This project has been
moving forward with great success. Information is available at-

I have traced the Indiana Eastes Surname back to Nicholas Ewstas born
1495 in Kent County England. Records from the Canterbury Cathedral Archives
and other sources give confirmation all the way back into IN.
If anyone is interested, contact me
Best Regards

Hello,
Only 29 days to go until the DNA Program! I have people registered from
Ohio, Kentucky, Maryland and Illinois! We still have lots of room, so if you
know anyone that might be interested, let them know the price is still $65
to register.
If any of you who are traveling a ways would like to spend the night,
there is a nice hotel right beside Ivy Tech, Days Inn and Suites. They are very
reasonable, let me know if you need more information!
See you on the 30th!
