Hi, this is not my family, but found the following:
New Palestine Cemetery, Elizabeth Cone Addition
Thomas Arthur B: 16 Mar 1828 D: 18 Jan 1881
Jane Arthur B: 10 Nov 1833 D: 13 July 1920
did not find anything on William Isaac Arthur or his wife Jennie D. (Long) Arthur.
I did look in Shelby County also, and they are not listed. Hope this helps.

Correction to my original message:
Jennie LONG ARTHUR, wife of William Isaac ARTHUR was still alive in September of 1918
(son Delbert Fay ARTHUR's WWI draft registration lists her as next of kin living in
Indianapolis).
I suspect she died in the early 1920's and is buried somewhere in Hancock county
with her husband William. Possibly even in New Palestine, though I've searched that
cemetery I could easily have missed something.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Jill Arthur Barry
