Thank you for your response; however, I have the information concerning the
cemetery in which he is buried, date of death and names of his two wives.
What I need is the actual informant's input which would be on the death record
and which may or may not give the names' of his parents -- my reason for
wanting the actual record. I have George's CW file but unfortunately not much
background data is included.

Buried in Buck Creek Township the cemetery is located on 600 West about
halfway between 100 and 200 North. The entrance to the lane into the cemetery
extends west of 600 West. Cemetery is not easily found and is NOT accessible by
car but is a half mile walk.

I hope this helps, you can call or go to the Dept of Health in Greenfield
and get a death certificate.
