Elizabeth and all;
All I have on the civil war activities of Isaac Van Duyn is included in
Hazzard's History of Henry Co. Page 428 contains an engraved portraiture
collection of seven members of Co. H, 69th Indiana Infantry including Isaac
Van Duyn. Pages 444,445 contain his sketch. His term of enlistment was from
Aug. 19, 1862 through May 23, 1865. So, he served throughout the war.
These excepts were sent me by Bill & Ramona Ball who were searching for
Elizabeth Van Duyn m. Lloyd Reasoner in Henry Co. in 1836.
Elizabeth, I would be happy to get the sources of your information on Van
Duyn.
