Sandy
You are very kind to do the two library lookups I requested. Please do so at
your convenience and leisure. I appreciate your generosity.
You have likely consulted Sue Baker's very good book on cemetery
inscriptions - yes, the Elizabeth buried in Brandywine Twp (1905) is the one
I'm interested in. She had been married to Cicero Caldwell.
I know less about Asenath (Ann?) Gibbons, only that she was possibly born
Asenath Thompson, d/o William Henry Thompson and Anna S. (Abbott) Thompson.
In fact, I was wrong: her husband Jacob died in 1915 but I don't know when
she died. So unless obits are well indexed there, I don't want to put you to
a lot of work. Maybe there is a useful obit on Jacob.... These are
collateral lines that may give me some hints about my Thompsons and
Caldwells of Hancock County.
Again, thanks
Jim Brown

Might someone who is handy to the Greenfield Library tell me please, if
there is a newspaper obituary on Asenath (Ann) Gibbons, who died in 1915,
and/or for Elizabeth Caldwell, who died in 1905? I'm sorry not to have
specific dates.
