I would like to find the divorce secree and all records concerning this divorce -

for Divorce. Filed 17 July 1948 Dispose of: - Attonery's For Plaintiff: Beasley &
Beasley. For Defendant: - No. 6572 Parties: Elsie Emery vs. Clarence Emery Returnable:

September Term 1948
O.B. 115 pg. 363 9-7-48: J. Raymond Powell enters his appearance fot the deft. Set for
trial October 20, 1948.
0.B. 15 pg. 440 10-18-48 Cause continued gereanally by agreement of parties. Plaintiff
files amended complaint for divorce.
115 pg. 451 10-28-48 Trail by court and finding for the plaintiff that she is entitled to
a decree of divorce. The court durther restores to the plaintiff herein her former name of
Elsie Margaret Marquart. Judgement.

1943. They had:

Charles L. b. 1928 m. Wilma Jean Bennett; and D
oris K. b. 1924 m. Charles Perigo.
Elsie She resided 59 S. E. 5th St. Linton, Greene, In., 1950.
Could of also had: George H. b. 1919 m. Donetta R. and Morris d. aet 3 days buried Burris
Chapel Cemetery.

This marriage was never really spoken of by the Emery children only in vague terms I
always thought the marriage and accured in the early 1950's
