Longshot: I found a Noel Williams living in Owen County on the 1870 IN
census. This could be her married name but I forgot to write down her age
shown. It did seem to fit though when I saw it.
After 1860, I found no trace of Prudence, Noel, Pinkney, Rosetta, Virgil or
Donnell. Have you checked for death records?
