The funeral services of Mrs. Ran WALTERS, one of the most estimable women of Englewood,
who passed away Thursday afternoon at three thirty o’clock after having been confined to
her bed for seven weeks, with a complication of diseases, will be conducted by Rev. O. A.
COOK at the home in Englewood Sunday afternoon at four o’clock. Burial will be made in
Beech Grove Cemetery.

The funeral service of Mrs. Ran WALTERS was held Sunday afternoon at 4 o’clock at her home
in Englewood and were largely attended, by Rev. O. A. COOK. Rebecca Ellen HAYWOOD was
born to Mr. and Mrs. Ben HAYWOOD December 19, 1862. Died April 21, 1921, aged 58 years, 4
months and 2 days. She was united in marriage to Ran WALTERS November 8, 1880 and to this
union were born seven children, one having proceeded her to the Great Beyond and six
living. Mr. Vanie WALTERS, Mr. Cleve WALTERS, Mrs. Sadie PALMER, Mrs. Sallie BUNCH, Mrs.
Lizzie BUNCH, Mrs. Della BROWN and four brothers, Mr. Louis HAYWOOD, of Illinois, Mr.
Billie HAYWOOD, of Illinois; Mr. Henry HAYWOOD, OF Switz City; Mr. Sammie HAYWOOD, of
Bloomfield; one sister, Mrs. Mary ELSWICK, of Kissimmee, Florida.
