Evan E. INMAN, 58-year-old resident of Camby died Sunday afternoon at Veterans’ Hospital
in Indianapolis, where he had been a patient for one week. He had been in failing health
for some time.
He was a native of Owensburg, and was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Randall {T.} INMAN.
Mr. INMAN is survived by the wife, Mrs., Gladys INMAN; a daughter, Mrs. Betty Jan ABIT; a
granddaughter; the parents, Mr. and Mrs. Randall INMAN; THREE SISTERS, Mrs. Mary WHISTLER,
Mrs. Anna COMBS, and Mrs. Ada STRONG, and four brothers, Russell, Wayne, James and Jack
INMAN. He was a nephew of Herschel CORBIN, of this place.
Funeral services were conducted at 1:00 o’clock Wednesday afternoon at the Owensburg
Baptist Church, and burial was made in the Owensburg Cemetery.
Mr. and Mrs. Herschel CORBIN, and Mr. and Mrs. Raymond CORBIN, of Dugger, attended the
services.
